Our two stone-built luxury villas sit in Agrilias, a traditional hamlet close to Maganos and just 5.5 km from Fiskardo, the pretty harbour village that survived the 1953 earthquake largely intact. Each villa sleeps up to six guests in three bedrooms, all with their own bathroom, and has its own infinity pool overlooking olive groves and the Ionian Sea. Local tavernas and mini markets are within walking distance, and the quiet beaches of Alaties and Agia Ierousalim are a short drive away.

This single-storey stone villa has a large heated infinity pool, a garden of seasonal fruit, vegetables and herbs for you to pick, and westerly views made for Ionian sunsets. It sleeps six guests in three bedrooms.
Villa Harmony
Find absolute balance within secluded olive groves, surrounded by refined, minimalist elegance. This stone-built house has an 11-metre infinity pool, a rooftop terrace for watching the sunset, and an outdoor kitchen with a pizza oven and BBQ. It sleeps six guests in three bedrooms, each with its own bathroom.

01 Where are the villas located in Kefalonia?
Both villas are in Agrilias, a traditional hamlet close to Maganos in northern Kefalonia, Greece. The harbour village of Fiskardo is around 5.5 km away, and local tavernas and mini markets are within walking distance.
02 How many guests can each villa sleep?
Villa Euphoria and Villa Harmony each sleep up to six guests in three bedrooms, all with their own bathroom. Each villa has its own private infinity pool, air conditioning and private parking.
03 When is the deposit due?
A 10% deposit is required to secure a reservation. Payment is made by bank transfer. The balance is required 30 days prior to the check-in date.
04 What is the cancellation policy?
We offer a full refund for cancellations made at least 30 days before your check-in date.
05 Are additional costs expected?
No additional costs are incurred. Local Taxes are included in the total reservation payment.
06 Is WiFi available?
WIFI is available throughout both properties and is free. The network is secure. A password will be provided at the time of booking.
07 What support is included during my stay?
Our concierge team supports you from the moment you book, in the lead-up to your arrival and throughout your stay. They’re on hand to help with car hire, days out or general information about the island.
Our cleaning and maintenance team will also visit during your stay to service the villa, change the linen and maintain the pool.
08 Are cots and highchairs provided?
Yes. Travel cots & highchairs are provided at no additional cost. Prior notification is required so we ensure they are inside the villa.
09 When is the best time to visit Kefalonia?
Most guests visit between May and October. July and August are the hottest and busiest months, while June and September are still warm enough for swimming and noticeably quieter.
