01 When is the deposit due?
A 10% deposit is required to secure a reservation. Payment is made by bank transfer. The balance is required 30 days prior to the check-in date.
02 What is the cancellation policy?
We operate on a full refund 30 days prior to the check-in date.
03 Are additional costs expected?
No additional costs are incurred. Local Taxes are included in the total reservation payment.
04 Is WiFi available?
WIFI is available throughout both properties and is free. The network is secure. A password will be provided at the time of booking.
05 What staff are included?
You will also receive support from our concierge team during the booking process, leading up to your arrival and during your time with us. Any assistance you may require relating car rental, days out or general information about the island and location – they will be on hand to answer your questions.
Our cleaning and maintenance team will visit the property to service the house, change linen and pool maintenance during your stay.
06 Are cots and highchairs provided?
Travel cots & highchairs are provided at no additional cost. Prior notification is required so we ensure they are inside the villa.
